Franke can't replace the broken sink siphon that was faulty when it was made. The kitchen sink drain is broken - the teeth are gone. There's a water leak while installing, so the sink can't be used.
I reached out to customer support. Instead of having someone come over to replace a basic pipe, they decided to send it through the mail. There's no sink in our new house. I called customer support on Wednesday, and they just got back to me today saying that the part will arrive on Monday. For now, I'll have to install this part on my own.
How can someone survive for four to five days without a kitchen sink?
