We bought a Franke dishwasher two years ago. Because it was fully integrated, we had a lot of times when the kitchen flooded. A couple of months back, the lid of the detergent broke, then it got replaced, and all that. Right now, we're having problems with the water pump. Unfortunately, the warranty expired just a month ago, so the cost to fix it is pretty expensive. Yeah, I agreed. So, I just found out that it might take at least two months for the spare parts to arrive. It's really scary to not have a machine in a house with kids and working parents. They should at least provide another option, like using non-original parts. The service was supposed to come today with the spare part, but it turns out that if I hadn't called, I wouldn't have known that they weren't going to come. I'm really disappointed with the customer service and product quality. I used to have a Bosch dishwasher that I used for 7 years.
