I Need My ATM Card Urgently

I am a customer of Ziraat Bank and I was informed that my ATM card was sent via Kuryenet on 7 April 2026. However, I still have not received my card and the courier has never come to my address. I also cannot reach Kuryenet, as their phone is not answered and I do not know the correct customer helpline number to get information. When I contacted to find out the status of the shipment, I was told that the card is still with Kuryenet, but I was not given any clear information about when and how it will be delivered. As a result, I have been unable to use my ATM card for a long time and this is causing serious inconvenience in my daily banking transactions. I request that my ATM card, which is currently held by Kuryenet, be urgently sent to Ziraat Bank Antalya Varsak branch so that I can collect it directly from the branch as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about this process.
