Franke Did Not Fix My Fridge After Replacing the Fan and Charging Me for It
My Franke fridge stopped working. I called their service, and they came, checked it, and said it needed a new fan. They replaced the fan and charged me for it. However, just 30 hours later, the fridge stopped working again. It keeps turning on and off, just like before. I even made sure there were no issues with the power supply, but the problem persisted. Despite my repeated calls to both the service team and the head office, no one has come to fix the problem. It feels like I paid for nothing, and my fridge is still unusable.
No solution proposal has been offered to me. I am waiting for a call from a responsible person who is authorized and knowledgeable. This lack of resolution does not suit a brand like Franke at all.
