Complait About Franke Overtop Stove

I am writing to report an unresolved problem with my Franke countertop stove and to request an urgent solution. The electronic mainboard of the stove broke down, and on 23 September 2025, I paid 7,500 Turkish liras to the authorized service for the replacement of this part. Since then, I have not been able to use my stove for approximately seven months. After the payment, an authorized Franke service technician from İzmir visited our home and informed us that they would supply the new electronic card as soon as possible. However, the payment was taken by İsmail Şişçi from İzmir Franke service, who also stated that the part would be ordered and supplied. Despite these promises, there has been no progress. I have called the service at least three times during this period, and each time they only stated that the part is not in their depot but that they will bring it, without giving any concrete date or clear information. I do not have the service invoice at hand due to the time that has passed, but I do have the bank account statement showing the payment my husband made to the service. Despite the payment and the long waiting period, the repair has still not been completed, and we continue to live without a functioning stove, which seriously affects our daily life. I request that Franke urgently resolve this situation by either immediately replacing the mainboard and repairing my countertop stove without any additional cost, or, if this is not possible in a reasonable time, by replacing the stove with a new one. I kindly ask you to take my complaint seriously, to review the process carried out by the İzmir authorized service, and to inform me as soon as possible with a clear and final solution.
