On July 21, 2025, I contacted Arçelik service regarding an issue with my refrigerator. I had originally called the Wednesday prior, meaning I waited nearly a week just to receive a response. Today, a technician finally arrived to inspect the fridge.

He confirmed that the problem was with the display panel, which needed to be replaced. However, I was then informed that the part is not in stock, and there’s no clear timeline for when it will be available.

This kind of delayed response and lack of part availability is extremely frustrating—especially from a major brand like Arçelik. I’ve been left with a malfunctioning refrigerator for days, with no resolution in sight.

I demand that Arçelik immediately provide a timeline for the replacement and ensure that the part is delivered and installed without further delay. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down service for basic repairs.

You know how some people say about certain companies, 'don't buy, don't let others buy'? This happened to me after 14 years. A lady from Samsung Turkey, and the technical service who came to my house and checked my refrigerator, both told me exactly the same thing. I asked this lady, 'Then why are you calling me? Why are we wasting each other's time if you can't help me in any way? Why are you wasting your time for nothing?' They did not help me at all. Friends, what should I do about this?
