Fossil FS4552 Watch Keeps Taking in Water Despite Three Service Attempts

I purchased a Fossil FS4552 watch from Star Saat in September 2025. From the very first day, the watch began taking in water even during routine activities such as washing my hands. Each time I sent the watch to the service center, I was told that it had been repaired and it was returned to me. However, the problem was never actually resolved, and condensation and water continued to accumulate inside the watch crystal repeatedly.
So far, I have sent the watch to the service center three times. The most recent service case was opened under reference number 1002893802. Despite these repeated service attempts, the recurring water leakage problem has not been resolved, and I have been offered neither a replacement product nor a refund.
I paid approximately $104.57 for this watch, yet I cannot even use it under normal daily conditions without experiencing the same problem. A watch that repeatedly takes in water during ordinary use is clearly not providing the reliability or functionality that a customer should reasonably expect.
Because this defect has become a recurring and unresolved problem despite multiple service attempts, I request that Star Saat permanently resolve my complaint by replacing my watch with a new one or refunding the full amount I paid.
I have already given the product multiple opportunities to be repaired, but the same problem continues. I therefore expect a permanent solution without requiring me to send the watch to service repeatedly again.
