Fossil Watch Takes in Water During Hand Washing – Not Worth the Hassle

I’m beginning to doubt that Fossil offers high-quality products. It’s baffling that a Fossil watch, a supposedly reputable brand, would take in water just from hand washing. Even lower-quality watches don’t do this. I sent it in for repair, and when it was returned, it took in water again the same day during another simple hand wash. The store offered to request a replacement, but I shouldn't have to go through this much trouble for a product I paid good money for. Instead of enjoying the watch, it’s constantly at service. This experience feels like dealing with a subpar product intended for less demanding markets.
