I purchased a Fossil watch on March 13, 2024, only to realize it had multiple issues during regular use. The hour and minute hands don’t align, and the hour hand frequently slips out of place even when properly set. While buying, we were told it had minor scratches, but it turns out the watch mechanism is clearly faulty. I sent it to service, and they returned it claiming it was fixed. Yet, the same problem reoccurred the very day we got it back. After sending it in for repairs again, I still face the same unresolved issue. It’s impossible to use as is, and I'm extremely disappointed. This was a gift for my fiancé, and the experience has been humiliating. I am requesting a refund or an exchange for a fully functional watch.
