I Placed a Forever 21 Order but It Still Hasn’t Shipped After 8 Days

I placed an order on Forever 21’s website on July 17, expecting it to arrive in time for a birthday. It’s now been over 8 days, and they haven’t even shipped the order yet. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when there was no warning about extended processing times at checkout.

I’ve contacted their live support multiple times, and every time I receive the same copy-paste response: “We’ve created a ticket for the delay with your order. You will be contacted shortly.” But no one ever follows up. There’s zero communication and no explanation for what’s causing the delay.

I planned this purchase specifically for a time-sensitive occasion, and now it’s completely ruined. If you can't fulfill an order in a reasonable time frame, you shouldn't be taking payments up front without informing customers.

I’m asking Forever 21 to ship my order immediately or issue a full refund. Ignoring customers and delaying shipments without communication is unacceptable. Do the right thing and fix this now.
