I placed an order through the Forever 21 website and received an email confirming that my package had been handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo. However, the tracking number provided (175261262297) doesn’t work at all—it shows up as invalid on the courier’s system. I’ve been trying to reach customer support through WhatsApp, but I keep getting the same automated message saying there’s a technical issue and they’ll get back to me later. It’s been days, and no one has followed up.
I have no idea where my package is or if it was even shipped in the first place. This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable. I ordered in good faith, but now I’m left in the dark with no product and no assistance.
I’m requesting a full refund immediately. If you can’t deliver the product or provide working tracking information, I shouldn’t have to wait indefinitely. Forever 21 needs to take responsibility for the order, provide real support, and process my refund without further delay.
