Ford Transit Oil Issues and Warranty Denial

Hello, we purchased a brand new 2023 model Ford Transit 16+1 minibus on May 26, 2023, from Izmir Ford Arkas dealer. I live in Kocaeli. One month after we bought the car, we received an oil deficiency warning at 6600 kilometers, and we went to the dealer to add oil. Another month passed, and at 13,670 km, the oil shortage warning appeared again. When we went to the dealer again, they told us that the car, which was not under warranty, would need to go for 30 thousand kilometers until the oil loss was considered normal. They insisted we should pay out of pocket for oil top-ups until then, despite the car being under warranty and the oil loss not being normal. I haven't added oil yet; there is no oil in the car. I came back from the dealer. Fifteen days ago, the electric retractable step of my car broke down. I went to the Gebze Erdeger Ford dealer, where the step was dismantled and inspected. We were told that the step's motor was broken. We applied for warranty coverage, but the warranty claimed that the step was not original and would not be covered. When we checked the pictures of the disassembled step, we found Ford logos and serial numbers on it. We emailed again but did not receive a response. We are victims of the car trade.
