Hello, I purchased a Ford Focus Active X model car on 17/4/2023. The previous owner didn't use the car much, so they weren't aware of this issue. The car comes with a Sync 4 multimedia system, but the Bluetooth connection occasionally drops for no reason. After researching online, I learned that this system needs to be updated via Wi-Fi connection. I also found out that there are two updates available for the car. However, when I checked the connections menu, I noticed that there is no Wi-Fi connection option. Additionally, Ford boasts about its "FordPass" app on their website, claiming that many tasks can be done through it. When I downloaded the app and entered the chassis number, I received a short note stating, "This vehicle has no connection." I chose Ford again because my previous car was also Ford, and I was very satisfied with it. However, this time, Ford has disappointed me. I called Ford Otosan several times, and they directed me to Ford officials. They said, "They will call you," but no one has contacted me yet. I sincerely express my concerns about the upcoming service process. It seems that consumer rights are not being respected in Turkey. As far as I understand, we will have to manage with this situation until the car is sold to someone else or until the warranty expires, or until we replace the multimedia system with a cassette player from Tahtakale.
