From the moment I purchased it, the device was able to connect wirelessly. However, starting the very next day and continuing up until now, I have been required to connect it using a cable. We spend millions of liras on a purchase, expecting top-notch quality, only to discover that what we paid for is of subpar quality. Despite my repeated attempts to contact and inform the service, no solution has been provided. You mention a software update, but I'm curious about the timeline for the update.
