We bought 2 zero km Ford Cargo 2533 from Ford Cetas in 2021 and both of our vehicles had a transmission failure. It turned out that it was a chronic malfunction of these models, Indian production and we went to Çetaş Silivri, they told us that the inside of the complete transmission would change, but some parts of the inside of the transmission were changed and Silivri Çetaş service misled us by using our goodwill and the transmission problem continues in both of the vehicles. They did not accept our request for a complete replacement. They said let's repair it. There are 5 more vehicles at our airport from the warranty, they have transmission problems and they are now in court and we have drawn a caveat and they said let's repair it again. We did not accept (we will be in court with Ford Otosan and Silivri Cetas dealer), we have now given up on the Ford brand and will turn to other brands without chronic malfunctions.
