FlyOne Cancelled My Flight And Offered No Proper Support, No Rebooking

I am addressing this complaint regarding my Flyone flight scheduled for 29 April 2026 on the Chișinău–Istanbul route, issued under booking reference 5F5325, which was cancelled without sufficient explanation and without any concrete alternative being offered. The cancellation was communicated in a way that did not provide clear reasons or details, and I was not offered a practical solution for continuing my journey. I consider the way customers are treated in this situation to be lacking professionalism and respect. I have tried to obtain clarifications and support, but so far, I have not received any response from Flyone. I am requesting to be rerouted on another suitable flight and to receive appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused by this cancellation. I am still waiting for a correct and fair resolution to this situation.
