I Face Missed FlixBus From Budapest Airport to Cluj Due to Unannounced Stop Skip
On September 17, 2025, I purchased a FlixBus ticket for the Budapest–Cluj route, specifically choosing to board from the Airport stop. The bus was delayed for more than three hours, and throughout that time, I kept receiving delay notifications. However, I was never informed that the bus would skip the Airport stop altogether. Eventually, the bus never arrived at the stop, leaving me completely stranded and disrupting all of my travel plans.
When I contacted customer service, I was only offered a ticket cancellation and a refund. But a refund alone is not an adequate solution — even if I get my money back, my entire travel schedule was ruined, and I was left with no other transportation options to reach Cluj.
I request a clear and satisfactory explanation for this incident and expect FlixBus to take responsibility for the disruption and the inconvenience it caused.
