On April29,2025, I purchased two Amsterdam–Cologne bus tickets for June21 via Omıa and Flixbus (Kamil Koç), including ticket protection. My reservation number is 3249389573.
On May22,2025, I canceled my tickets. According to Flixbus’ policy, I was supposed to receive either a partial refund or a voucher. However, I have not received any refund or coupon to this day.
I trusted Flixbus and Kamil Koç when purchasing these tickets and protecting them with additional coverage, but I am now facing a financial and emotional burden due to this unresolved issue. I planned my travels and budget accordingly, but this incomplete process has caused unnecessary frustration.
I explicitly request that my partial refund or a valid voucher be issued without further delay. Please resolve this situation and process my compensation within 14 days.
