Refund Request Due to FlixBus Breakdown and Delay
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent trip I attempted to take with FlixBus on 13.07.2025, from Istanbul Alibeyköy to Isparta. During the journey, the bus broke down and we were kept waiting for more than one hour without proper explanation or alternative transport arrangements. According to your general transportation terms and conditions, passengers are entitled to a full refund if the delay exceeds 120 minutes. As this was the case for my journey, I kindly request a full refund of my ticket fare. Furthermore, I believe that better communication and quicker solutions in such situations are essential for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
