FlixBus N280 Repeatedly Late, Causing Missed Appointments and Extra Costs
For the past month, I’ve been frequently traveling with FlixBus between Munich and Cologne. On August 11, 2025, my bus number N280, which was scheduled to depart at 22:50, arrived at 23:18 — as it almost always does. This delay happens on nearly every trip, and I’ve been dealing with the same problem for months. My reservation number is 3278763259.
Because of these constant delays, I’ve missed several important appointments — about three or four times — and had to reschedule them, even purchasing new tickets as a result. When I contacted FlixBus customer service, I was simply given generic explanations like “traffic conditions” and received no real solution.
I always purchase my tickets directly through the FlixBus mobile app or website. These recurring delays constantly disrupt my schedule and cause me to miss connecting buses and trains. I’m asking for a permanent solution to this ongoing issue; otherwise, I will stop using and recommending FlixBus entirely.
