I purchased a bus ticket through flixbus.com.tr for a Tiran-Üsküp trip scheduled for August 15. The service was operated by Hak Bus, with a departure time of 9:00 AM and an expected arrival at 1:50 PM. However, the bus left at 10:00 AM and only reached the destination at 6:00 PM.
Adding to the frustration, the ticket system didn’t allow seat selection, leaving the bus completely overbooked. My companions and I were forced to stand as there were no available seats. The staff, including the driver and office personnel, were indifferent and unhelpful. There was no assistant or attendant on board. Ultimately, I had to sit on the floor next to the driver for an 8-hour journey.
This was an incredibly disorganized and unpleasant experience. A long-distance trip should not be handled so carelessly. I expect FlixBus to address this issue, ensure proper planning and management, and prevent similar experiences in the future. A refund or compensation for this terrible service is warranted.
