FlixBus Skipped My Stop and Left Me Stranded – Had to Buy Another Ticket

I booked a FlixBus ticket online for the February 10, 2025, 11:10 PM Milano-Nürnberg route. However, the bus never stopped at Lampugnano station, where I was waiting! I was completely stranded with no FlixBus staff available at the station to assist me.
With no other option, I had to buy another ticket for a different trip, costing me extra money and wasting my time. This is completely unacceptable. How does a bus just skip a scheduled stop and leave passengers behind without any notice? I expect a full refund for the missed bus and an explanation for this irresponsible service. FlixBus, do better!
