FlixBus Prague–Munich Journey Delayed 3 Hours, No Compensation Offered
On September 8, 2025, my FlixBus journey on the Prague–Munich route was delayed by approximately three hours. During the trip, I had no way to contact anyone or receive updates, so I later reported the issue to FlixBus via email. However, I was told that such a delay was considered “normal,” which I find unacceptable.
Because of this delay, the person who was supposed to pick us up had to wait for a long time and eventually left. Since we arrived very late at night, we had no choice but to take an Uber at our own expense, which caused additional inconvenience. I paid about ₺3,600 for the trip, and my PNR number is 3280958601.
I request that this issue be properly addressed and that an appropriate solution or compensation be provided for the inconvenience and additional expenses caused by this delay.
