FlixBus Charged My Card but Didn’t Send My Tickets or PNR Number
On November 15, 2025, I purchased two FlixBus tickets for the 8:00 AM route from Amsterdam to Bruges. I paid by credit card, and a total of ₺3,313 was charged to my account. However, the tickets do not appear anywhere — neither in the app nor in my email (o***********@gmail.com). Additionally, I was not provided with any PNR or booking reference number.
Because of this issue, I currently have no access to my tickets, even though the payment has already been taken from my account, which has caused me significant inconvenience. I contacted FlixBus customer service, but they only told me to send an email and have yet to offer any solution.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and not being able to access my tickets after paying has seriously undermined my trust in the company. I urgently request either a full refund or that my tickets be immediately assigned to my account.
