FlixBus Left Passengers Behind in Kiev and Refused to Compensate
On July 29, 2023, at 5:25 PM, I was scheduled to travel on the Kiev–Warsaw route with FlixBus using ticket number 3274520814. However, the bus departed the station without picking up a total of 10 passengers, including myself. The driver incorrectly reported that all passengers had boarded. Four of us had to take the next available bus, and when we arrived at the FlixBus office in Warsaw, we learned that six other passengers had experienced the same issue and had also filed complaints.
Afterward, we explained the situation multiple times through both the hotline and at the office and requested a refund. However, the company not only refused to acknowledge the incident but also rejected our refund request. I paid €76.98 by credit card, and no resolution or explanation was provided.
I request that my grievance be resolved, my payment refunded, and an official explanation be issued regarding the incident. I also ask that the experiences of the other affected passengers be taken into consideration.
