Fixbet Live Support Hung Up on Me During Bonus Inquiry

On October 12, 2025, I contacted the live support line on Fixbet regarding my bonus request. During the chat, I spoke with a customer representative named Mr. A* and explained that I wanted to get more information about the bonus. However, instead of helping me, he suddenly ended the conversation and disconnected the chat.

This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. It was as if my concern didn’t matter at all.

I had reached out to customer service before, but no solution was ever provided, and the issue still persists. My Fixbet username is “Fener1012.”

Due to this negative experience, I’m requesting both an apology and a compensation bonus to make up for the poor treatment and inconvenience I’ve faced.
