Fitify keeps renewing my subscription, how can I cancel it permanently?

If Fitify keeps renewing your subscription and you want to cancel it permanently,

Check where you subscribed;

• If via Google Play:
– Open Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Select Fitify → Tap Cancel Subscription

• If via Apple App Store:
– Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
– Select Fitify → Tap Cancel Subscription

• If purchased directly in-app:
– Open Fitify → Account → Subscription
– Tap Cancel

Confirm cancellation;

• Make sure it shows:
– “Expires on [date]”
– Not “Renews on”
• Screenshot confirmation screen

Check email (including Spam);

• Look for:
– “Subscription canceled”
– “Renewal stopped”
• Save confirmation email

Remove payment method (optional);

• In Google/Apple account, remove saved card if needed

Contact Fitify Support;

• Provide:
– Registered email
– Screenshot of cancellation
• Ask them to confirm no future renewals

If charges continue after cancellation, contact your bank to block recurring payments and open a dispute.

If unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
