• Note:
– Subscription status (Active / Canceled)
– Renewal date
• Screenshot the page
Cancel any active subscription;
• Tap Cancel Subscription
• Confirm cancellation
• Screenshot the confirmation
Check your bank/card statement;
• Identify Fitify charges
• Note date, amount, merchant name
• Screenshot the charges
Remove payment method (if possible);
• In Fitify app/account (if allowed):
– Remove saved card details
Dispute unauthorized charges;
• Ask your bank to open a dispute/chargeback
• Explain:
– Unauthorized charge
– You did not consent
• Provide:
– Charge screenshots
– Cancellation screenshot (if applicable)
Contact Fitify Support;
• Use in-app support or official email
• Explain:
– Unauthorized charge
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Charge proof
• Ask for:
– Immediate cancellation
– Refund
If unresolved or charges persist, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
