I downloaded Fitify, explored the app, and when I reached the payment plan section, I decided to check online reviews first. After reading numerous negative complaints, I chose not to proceed and exited the app without subscribing or authorizing any payment. I even deleted the app immediately.
Despite this, Fitify still charged my card without my knowledge or approval. I never entered my payment details, yet somehow they processed a transaction. Because of this, I had to cancel my card due to security concerns and file a dispute with my bank.
Fitify, refund my money immediately! Stop misleading users and charging them without consent. This experience wasted both my time and money, and I will warn others to stay away if this is not resolved. Fix this now!
