Fissler Pressure Cooker Bought 6 Months Ago Leaks Air Despite Proper Care

-I purchased a Fissler pressure cooker six months ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with its performance. The pressure indicator lines are no longer visible, and the lid is leaking air, making it unusable. Despite always handwashing the cooker, including the lid, and never putting it in the dishwasher, this issue arose.
We bought the cooker from Taşpınar, but I’ve been unable to find a proper point of contact to resolve this problem. The retailer keeps making excuses, referencing the box or other unrelated factors. If my issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and request a replacement using my purchase receipt. I expect immediate action.
