Fissler Pressure Cooker Handle Loosened After 2 Months of Use

I purchased a Fissler pressure cooker six months ago, and after just two months, the main handle started to loosen. I contacted customer service, and their initial advice was to tighten the screws with a screwdriver. I followed the instructions, but the issue persisted. I then sent the product to the service center, only to receive an unprofessional response: "This is a recurring issue. Food residues accumulate near the screw, so you need to unscrew and clean it monthly."
This explanation is unacceptable for a product I purchased for ₺12,000 just six months ago. It feels like I bought a cheap aluminum pan instead of a premium brand. Clearly, the company is not standing behind its product. I plan to escalate this issue by contacting Fissler’s headquarters in Germany and will update this platform with their response. Products at this price point should not have such basic quality issues, and customers deserve better support.
