Fisher Price Toucan Toy Stopped Working After 6 Months

The Fisher Price Toucan toy was given to my baby as a gift when he was 1 month old. He is now 7 months old, and we were only able to use the toy for about 6 months. Although the product is still under warranty, I no longer have the receipt. The pull-string on the toy got stuck, and it no longer works at all. Since my baby is still very young, it is not possible that he damaged the toy himself. Because of this, we are experiencing a problem and my child can no longer use it.

I know the toy was purchased from a store in Istanbul Optimum Mall, but I do not know the name of the store. I also do not have the serial number or barcode information. I am requesting a solution to this issue and a replacement for the product.
