I Face Finish Ultimate Plus Tablets Not Dissolving In Multiple Dishwashers

I purchased a 40-count pack of Finish Ultimate Plus dishwasher tablets from Migros because it is marketed as a premium product and I expected high performance. However, since I started using it, I have been experiencing a serious problem. In my Bosch dishwasher, the tablets remain partially undissolved at the end of the wash cycle.

At first, I thought the issue might be caused by my dishwasher, so I tried different wash programs, but the result did not change. I then tested the same tablet in my neighbor’s dishwasher, and it also failed to dissolve completely there. For comparison, I used an Asperox dishwasher tablet that I had previously used without any problems in the same machine. The Asperox tablet dissolved completely and cleaned the dishes successfully, while the Finish Ultimate Plus tablet continued to have the same issue. Because of this, I believe the problem is with the Finish Ultimate Plus tablets I purchased, not with the dishwashers.

Since July 23, I have experienced the same problem with every use through the fourth tablet in the package. This has been especially disappointing because Finish Ultimate Plus is positioned as a premium product, and I paid more expecting better performance.

I request that the product be inspected, the necessary quality checks be carried out, my issue be resolved, and I receive a clear response explaining the cause of this problem.
