I Face Finish Powerball Quantum Tablets Not Dissolving In My Dishwasher

I purchased a special edition box of Finish Powerball Quantum dishwasher tablets from BİM approximately one month ago, and I have been experiencing a recurring problem with the tablets not dissolving properly. Even though I place the tablet in the correct compartment, it often remains partially or completely undissolved either inside the dispenser or elsewhere in the dishwasher.

This happens roughly once every three wash cycles. Because the tablet does not dissolve, the dishes are not cleaned properly, and I have to run the dishwasher again with the same load. This causes unnecessary extra use of time, water, and electricity.

I did not expect this kind of performance from a brand like Finish. I request that the product be investigated, that the box I am currently using be replaced if necessary, and that I receive a detailed explanation about what may be causing this issue.
