Finish Powerball Detergent Leaves Stubborn Stains

I've always used my go-to dish detergent, but when I switched to the carbonated kind, my pots and cutlery developed persistent stains. I contacted Finish authorities, giving several images and emphasized that the problem was peculiar to this delivery. Despite my attempts, their assistance felt inadequate, simply repeating what I already knew. I am dissatisfied by their lack of a solution-oriented attitude. Unfortunately, the goods fell short, forcing me to express my concern.
I will not contemplate purchasing this product at a high price in the future. I return their advise to them.

Even though I informed you by sending a photo via Şikayetvar beforehand, I was only sent information via email on how to use the dishwasher, and unfortunately, no explanation was provided regarding my grievance. Now, how can I trust and purchase this product again when the product I have been using for years is like this? This time, the detergent I bought left stains; has its quality decreased, or was there a problem with that batch? What happened that caused the detergent I bought to result in this way? The package I bought this time was the same, but it said "with baking soda" on the outside; I don't know if that was the reason.
