Findmykids Charging My Card Without Subscription or Consent
I downloaded the Findmykids app from the Play Store some time ago just to try it out and later completely deleted it. At no point did I approve or subscribe to any paid membership, and there is no active subscription related to Findmykids in my Play Store account.
Despite this, I recently noticed on my bank statement that my credit card has been charged regularly for at least the past 5 months. The transactions appear under the description “fındandloc.” Even though I have no active subscription or usage of the service, money has been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent.
I request a full refund of all amounts charged and the immediate and permanent cancellation of this unauthorized subscription/charges. I also demand a clear and written explanation of how my card information was used without my consent.
