I discovered today that I appear to have a subscription associated with an application called Findandloc Barcelona. When reviewing my bank transactions, I saw that $17 has been charged each month for approximately the past two months. However, I do not know how or where this subscription was started. The app is not currently installed on my phone, and I do not recall giving any intentional consent for this subscription.
Even though I have payment receipts and bank statements, I cannot find any panel, app, or clear communication channel where I can cancel this subscription. This situation has caused me both financial and emotional distress, as money has been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge for two months. I request that the subscription registered under the name Findandloc Barcelona be canceled immediately, and that all amounts charged without my knowledge or consent be fully refunded to me.
