On September 30, 2025, a total of $38 was withdrawn from our Yapı Kredi Bank card ending in 6530 by a website called Findandloc, with two separate transactions made on the same day. Neither my father nor I have ever registered, subscribed, or made any purchases on this site. In fact, we only learned of its existence after contacting our bank for details about the unauthorized charges.
Upon researching online, we found that many other people have experienced the same issue. We tried to contact Findandloc, but no contact information could be found anywhere. When we reached out to our bank, they confirmed that similar complaints have been reported. Our card has been securely kept at home and has not been used physically or digitally, meaning these transactions were made completely without our knowledge or consent.
We demand a full refund of the 38 that was unlawfully charged and request that no further unauthorized transactions be allowed on our card. Otherwise, we will be taking legal action and filing complaints with the relevant authorities to protect our rights.
