On August 29, 2025, through the Findandloc website payment page, an account was created in my name without my knowledge or consent. Following this, two unauthorized charges were made to my account: one for ₺30 and another for ₺599.
I did not sign up for any membership, nor did I authorize these payments. These transactions happened completely outside of my control and are unjustified withdrawals from my account.
So far, I have not contacted Findandloc customer service regarding this issue. However, I demand that this matter be urgently investigated and that the full refund of both amounts be issued to me immediately.
Customers must be protected from unauthorized memberships and charges, and I expect my case to be resolved without delay.
