On June 16, 2025, I used the Findandloc app under the impression that there was only a ₺30 trial fee. Nowhere during the signup or usage process was I informed that I’d be charged anything more than that. However, to my shock, the next morning—June 17 at 08:00 a.m.—₺599 was withdrawn from my credit card without my knowledge or permission.
How is it even possible that a company can charge someone’s credit card without their explicit consent? Why wasn’t the ₺599 fee taken at the time of usage on June 16? Why was it delayed until the next day, and done silently?
This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me, and it’s deeply concerning. I did not authorize this payment, and I consider it completely unlawful. I am demanding a full refund immediately.
I’m also filing a formal criminal complaint about this incident. Charging customers without their knowledge is not just unethical—it’s illegal. Findandloc must take accountability for this unauthorized charge and return my money at once.
