I have no knowledge of or connection to any service or account related to Findandloc, and I never authorized such a transaction. Although my account and card have been used for online purchases in the past, this specific transaction has nothing to do with me.
I’ve never experienced a similar issue before, and there are no other suspicious transactions in my account history. However, this unauthorized withdrawal occurred without any notification or confirmation, leaving me at a financial loss. My card’s last four digits are 9142.
I request that this unauthorized charge be urgently investigated, that the $20 be refunded to my account, and that necessary security measures be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.
