About eight days ago, $19 was withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. The transaction receipt shows that it was made under the name Findanloc. I have no membership or account with Findanloc — I only learned about the company’s name because of this unauthorized charge. The transaction was made completely without my approval.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted my bank and had my card canceled for security reasons. My bank confirmed the card’s cancellation to prevent further transactions, but I have not contacted Findanloc directly regarding this incident.
I have been financially harmed by this unauthorized transaction through Findanloc. I request an immediate refund of the ₺600 (≈ $19) withdrawn from my account and the cancellation of any membership or account that may have been created in my name without permission.
