Findandloc Charged My Account Without Consent — No Membership or Purchase Made
On September 26, 2025, I noticed in my Ziraat Bank account activity that two unauthorized withdrawals of $18 each (totaling $36) were made under the name Findandloc. I have never made any membership, purchase, or transaction through Findandloc. These charges occurred entirely without my knowledge or consent.
I contacted my bank, and they advised me to cancel my card for security reasons. However, since I actively use this card, I haven’t been able to deactivate it yet. I also haven’t reached out to Findandloc directly so far.
I request that these unauthorized transactions be canceled and that the total amount of $36 be refunded to my account immediately. I kindly ask that my financial loss be resolved urgently and that steps be taken to prevent any future unauthorized charges.
