Unexpected Charge From Locatool Despite No Membership

On October 2, 2025, an unauthorized withdrawal of 949 TL was made from my Ziraat Bank account through the Locatool application without my knowledge or consent. I did not start any subscription, and this transaction was carried out entirely without my involvement. After noticing the charge, I immediately blocked my card, and no service or content was provided to me.
I experienced financial loss due to this unauthorized transaction. I request that the amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
