My son lost his phone, so we decided to try the Findandloc app once to help locate it. That was the only time we ever intended to use the service. At first, we were charged ₺21, which I assumed was a basic usage fee. But then, without any notice or permission, ₺900 was withdrawn from my account. And just recently, another ₺600 charge was made—again, without my knowledge or authorization.
I did not approve these transactions. This is completely unauthorized and unacceptable. I am extremely upset that a one-time use resulted in recurring, high-value charges without any transparent warning or consent. This feels like exploitation.
I demand an immediate refund of all charges made without my permission. I am officially lodging a complaint against the Findandloc app and expect your team to investigate this issue and take action. You cannot continue charging users like this without consent. Return my money and stop these withdrawals immediately.
