Finda.net Trial Turned Into Paid Subscription Without Consent
I started a trial subscription on the finda.net website. However, the very next day $17 was charged from my account for a monthly subscription, even though I did not approve this charge and did not find the application useful.
When I sent an email requesting a refund, I clearly stated that I did not accept the monthly subscription, but despite requesting a refund, my request was rejected. I do not understand why they are forcing users into a monthly subscription when the application is not useful.
I want my money refunded to my account.
