Findmykids Refuses Refund for Unused App Subscription
I purchased a one-year subscription for the Findmykids app, but since my child stopped using a phone, I no longer need the app. I only used it for about two weeks, and now I don’t require it anymore.
I asked for one month’s fee to be charged and the remaining eleven months to be refunded. However, I was told that I must keep the subscription active until the end of the year.
Why should I be forced to keep paying for an app I don’t need? At this point, they are refusing to give me a refund.
