Finda.net Makes Unauthorized Charge After Small One-Time Payment
On January 1, 2026, my friend’s phone was lost, and while searching online for a solution, I came across the Finda.net website. The site displayed a notice stating that I needed to pay $1 to help locate the lost phone, so I signed up and made the payment. Later, I saw that $1 was charged to my Ziraat Bank card on January 1, 2026, at 3:18 p.m.
The real issue occurred on January 2, 2026, at 4:19 p.m., when an additional unauthorized charge of $51 was made to my account without my consent or knowledge. I did not approve any additional service, and there was no clear disclosure that such a charge would be made under the name of a membership or subscription.
I request a full refund of the $51 charged without my authorization, as well as a refund of the initial amount charged, and I demand that my membership/account on Finda.net be canceled immediately.
