Findandloc Charged My Bank Card Without Permission

Even though I do not know the company called Findadloc-om help and have never had any membership with them, I noticed that money was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank card without my consent. On December 17, 2025, at around 5:00 AM, a charge of $1 appears on my card. After reviewing complaints online, I saw comments stating that this amount tends to increase over time, which has caused me serious concern.

I did not knowingly sign up for this company, nor did I intentionally share my card details with them. I have no idea how or in what way I appear to be registered, and this transaction was carried out entirely without my knowledge or permission.

I am requesting that any membership associated with my information be canceled immediately and that no further charges be made to my Ziraat Bank card under any circumstances. I also ask that the unauthorized use of my card information be investigated, that I be informed of the results in writing, and that this unauthorized membership be completely terminated.
