Deichmann Kids Shoes Cracked After Twenty Days - No Refund Offered

On September 30, 2025, I purchased a pair of children’s shoes for ₺2,000 from Deichmann for my child. At the time of purchase, I was told that the product came with a six-month warranty. However, my child was only able to use the shoes for 20 days before cracks and splits appeared on the soles. There was no information provided indicating that the soles would be this fragile or deteriorate so quickly. After experiencing this issue, we returned the product to the store with the receipt and invoice, but the response was negative, and no solution was offered. I do not accept that the product became unusable in such a short time, and I request a full refund.
